PNG combines the best of both JPEG and GIF. It supports transparency which is a highly attractive feature. If PNG images did not use as much memory as they do, it would be the most popular. ~Brie

DeletePNG is different from GIF and JPEG because it can support both JPEG and GIF styles and it's transparency features are more advanced than GIF.
